Bayonne’s “sidewalk sale” is underway – Hudson Reporter

The 2022 “Street Sale” is underway in Bayonne. Mayor James Davis and Bayonne City Council invite all residents to come out and support the small business community.

Bayonne merchants are invited to set up their businesses in front of their windows during the event. The sale takes place on July 21, 22 and 23, and businesses can start selling on the sidewalk from 11 a.m.

There will be free events for kids with a bouncing slide and more. This will take place Friday from 3 to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 1 to 5 p.m. on 23rd Street and Broadway.

On Friday, there will be face painting at Bergen Point Boutique at 174 Broadway from 3-5 p.m. and at Dave and Charlie’s Sub at 538 Broadway from 6-7 p.m.

Balloons will be available at the European Day Spa at 411 Broadway from 3-5 p.m. and at the Hudacko Pharmacy at 861 Broadway from 6-7 p.m.

On Saturday, there will be face painting at Barney Stock Shops at 499 Broadway from 1-3 p.m. and at McDonald’s at 25th and Broadway from 4-5 p.m.

Ballots will be available at the Bayonne Chamber of Commerce at 166 Broadway in Bergen Point from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and at the VCJ Boutique at 196 Broadway from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.
