Roberts revealed some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Shape Magazine. She says when it comes to her diet, she eats whatever she wants. Even if it is an unhealthy food. “I try not to say that I won’t eat something. Instead, I stay in tune with my body and my mind, and I think, ‘What do I want to eat? ‘”

Roberts, like many, works with a personal trainer to help him stay in shape. The actress works with coach, Andrea Orbeck. Roberts is a very dedicated customer, according to Orback. “She’s very athletic and she’s a little dynamo, which is fun,” she said. SELF.

Roberts says food is one of her biggest motivators for staying in shape. “I started training regularly when I was living in New Orleans filming American Horror Story: Coven many years ago,” she revealed to Shape. “I really fell in love with the food there. To counter all that I ate, I worked more. It was a good balance: I had fried chicken sliders in the evening and then went to my yoga class the next morning.”


Roberts tries to ensure that all of her meals are balanced and healthy. She broke down some of her favorites in her interview with Shape. “If I have a day off, I’ll have eggs, bacon and toast. I love classic breakfast foods. For lunch, I’ll make a chopped salad with avocado, chicken and tomatoes. Dinner is a turkey burger or salmon with teriyaki or ponzu sauce, and brown rice with broccoli.”

Roberts is very confident in herself. However, the actress admits to Shape that she was previously unsure about certain aspects of her body. “I used to have a complex about being short,” Roberts says. “Now I love the fact that I’m 5’2″. I’m strong and it feels really good.”
