Free gym classes at the Greig Leisure Center


Alcester’s Greig Leisure Center will offer free exercise classes on Wednesday 22 September as part of National Fitness Day 2021.

Throughout the day, the recreation center, run by Everyone Active in partnership with Stratford-on-Avon District Council, will offer free group cycling lessons, which will be available to members and non-members alike. .

Everyone Active contract manager Alex Fuoco-Lang said, “We are thrilled to support National Fitness Day. It’s a fantastic opportunity for people to try a new activity or class for free and celebrate the benefits of being active.

“This initiative has been supported by Everyone Active for several years and we are very happy to see it continue to develop.

“This year is an opportunity to celebrate recreation in all its forms and we are delighted to welcome the local community to get active in our centers.
