Here’s how to spend 24 hours on the Baja Peninsula

Whether you are a frequent traveler to Cabo San Lucas or this is your first adventure, this itinerary is sure to give you a bit of inspiration, sweat, and uplifting. In Cabo, it’s very easy to spend the day by the pool drinking cocktails. This 24-hour itinerary will inspire you to cycle on the beach, learn to make salsa, or spend a day eating sushi. While it might not be possible to do all of this in one day, or consume so many calories per day (even on vacation), this list is a guide to unique ways to spend the perfect day (and night) in Cabo San Lucas. Pedal power

There isn’t a lot of reason to get up before 9am on vacation, but the unique experience of sliding through the sand on an electric fat bike is one of those reasons. Garza Blanca Resort & Spa Los Cabos offers bicycle rental and a guided tour by reservation.

Farm-fresh salsa making

Take a short drive on a dirt road outside of San José del Cabo and you’ll come to Flora Farms. Once a hidden gem and now a popular destination for most Cabo travelers, this working farm and restaurant offers a beautiful open-air dining, shops, spa, bee rescue, and regional cooking classes.

Sushi + Beach Club

SUR Beach House is by far the best place to enjoy a day at the beach. The restaurant offers stunning views of the Cabo San Lucas arch, serves fresh and inventive sushi rolls, and has a private beach for swimming. Reserve chairs or a lounge chair at their beach club where you can alternate between sipping a cold rosé, floating in the sea and munching on their famous Lidia Roll.

Me time

Yes, there are people who train on vacation. No, we do not recommend CrossFit classes; The hydrotherapy circuit offered by Spa Imagine at Garza Blanca Resort & Spa Los Cabos is a healing hydrotherapy ritual that takes you through six stages of water care. You start with a steam bath in a marble hammam, move on to a cedar sauna, take a high pressure shower to soothe your neck and back, massage your whole body in the Vitality pool, warm up in the Grand Jacuzzi then dive into the cold.

If you’re craving fresh seafood, the food truck at Garza Blanca Resort & Spa Los Cabos offers tacos and seafood just steps from the sand. Treat yourself to raw fish and citrus-marinated shrimp, as well as a large selection of cocktails. Enjoy the upbeat, relaxing music and refreshing ocean breezes while savoring exquisite flavors.

Be peaceful

Take an hour’s drive along the coast to the other side of the Baja Peninsula and the magical little town of Todos Santos. We recommend The Green Room, which is about 10 minutes out of town, for a sunset dinner.

You must rest now

After a hectic day enjoying all that this utopia has to offer, relax in a hammock for two on your giant terrace, soak in your freestanding bathtub and snuggle up in your massive bed with luxurious linens . The 1,313 square foot one bedroom suite at Garza Blanca Resort & Spa Los Cabos was the perfect way to end our day.
