The studio will also offer a chocolate meditation class – a relaxing, sweet-tasting mindfulness session that involves using all of the senses to perceive the look, feel, sound, smell and taste of chocolate. chocolate.
Minna Scaife, Founder of Hotpod Yoga Northwich, said: “We’ve had an incredible welcome to the city from our community since we opened, and we’re thrilled to be hosting this amazing event at our studio.
“It’s a true celebration of all the things that make you feel good, and there’s so much variety that everyone will be able to find an experience they enjoy – whether it’s a single session or a day out with friends. ”
Sessions will cost £5 each per person, with £1 from each ticket sold going to charity The Joshua Tree, which is dedicated to working closely with families affected by childhood cancers.
Minna added: “Raising funds for The Joshua Tree also makes the event even more special for us.
“If another like-minded local business would like to be a part of this event, reach out to me – I really want this event to involve the whole community.”
