Like many of us over the past two years, I’ve had to trade weekly in-person sweat sessions for online classes in the comfort of my own home. Although it was a shame not to be able to attend my favorite gym and yoga studio, I found it exciting to try new workouts via YouTube and store my home gym equipment, which included a pair of Bala Bangles.
