Ingredients required

  • 2 hard-boiled eggs (chopped)

  • 1 onion (chopped)

  • 1 tomato (chopped)

  • 1 carrot (grated)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Chilli powder to taste

  • Multigrain bread, 2 pieces

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

Method

  • Take a bowl and add the chopped eggs, onion, tomato and carrot to it and mix well. Now sprinkle with salt, pepper and chilli powder and mix well.

  • Now take a pan and heat some olive oil in it. Fill the egg mixture between the two pieces of multigrain bread and toss it in the skillet until crispy.

Ingredients required

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1 tomato, chopped

Method

  • Take a bowl and beat the egg in it with the onion, tomatoes, red peppers, salt, pepper and chili powder.

  • Now take a pan and heat some olive oil in it. Cook and stir egg mixture until completely scrambled.

  • Once done, keep it aside.

  • In the same skillet, add a little olive oil and flip one tortilla on each side until toasted.

  • Now add the scrambled egg mixture to one side and hide it properly.

Ingredients required

  • 1 egg

  • 2 egg whites

  • 1 teaspoon green bell pepper, diced

Method

Method

  • Now lower the heat and break the eggs over this mixture.

  • Once the side is cooked, flip the other side and cook well.

  • When both sides are cooked through, lower the heat and sprinkle chopped cilantro on top.
