Open House Weekend at Hot Yoga Health Studio in Newport

Have you ever wanted to try hot yoga? Now is your chance – with a studio hosting a free open house weekend.

Hot Yoga Health – Newport’s first state-of-the-art hot yoga studio based on North Street – will host free classes and lectures for people of all ages and abilities on Saturday October 9 and Sunday October 10.

Visitors can learn about hot yoga, which involves performing yoga poses in 40-degree heat and 40-degree humidity, which supporters say detoxifies, increases metabolism, and improves muscle tone, improving muscle tone. flexibility and strength.

Company owner Suzie Latham said, “The Hot Classic Signature Class is suitable for all ages and abilities and leaves students feeling generally good.

“This series has ignited the enthusiasm and passion of an entire community of yoga enthusiasts at Hot Yoga Health, many of whom have never practiced yoga before but are returning due to the amazing differences in their physical and mental health.”

Clients can also enjoy the practice of Yin Yoga and find out why mindfulness is the best workout for the brain.

Visitors should bring their own yoga mat – or rent one for £ 3 at the studio – and a large towel to put on the mat – as well as an extra towel if planning on taking a shower.

After obtaining funding from the Local Places for Nature project, it is planned to create a vegetable garden in collaboration with local primary schools.
