The pressure of New Years resolutions and goals can be overwhelming. This year, instead of falling into New Year’s jargon, focus on being the best version of yourself, as you are now.

To get you started, we asked the top coaches in Peloton (who seem to have it all figured out) to share the motivational sayings that keep them focused.
