The groundbreaking ceremony for Daymark luxury apartments in New York will take place this year
The grand opening of The Daymark, a luxury condo community in New York, has been set for the fall of this year. The five-story, mixed-use, transit-oriented, US$1 billion development will bring about 100 units to Sleepy Hollow along the Hudson River.
A variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes as well as “townhouse” units with separate cottage entrances will be available at The Daymark. Some residences will have loggias, while others will have access to a terrace, balcony or patio.
Amenities planned for Daymark luxury condos in New York
Two terraces in a well-maintained courtyard with a view of the Hudson River will serve as amenities. One will include an outdoor dining area and resident lounge, and the other will have a pool and deck with a fire pit, pergola and lounge chairs overlooking the Hudson. There will be grilling, alfresco dining and plenty of seating areas on a rooftop terrace.
There will also be a private conference room with video conferencing capabilities, a library with a fireplace, and a coworking lounge with a private conference room. Additionally, Daymark New York luxury condos will include a study, resident lounge with pool tables, yoga studio, and children’s playroom. In addition, there will be bicycle storage and a residents-only garage on the property.
Residents will also enjoy a 140-key boutique hotel, 135,000 square feet of retail and 35,000 square feet of commercial space. These are slated for development as part of the larger Edge-on-Hudson development.
The project team and the planned completion of the project
The main promoters of the project are PCD Development and Biddle Real Estate Ventures. Houston-based Hines, who just completed Northlight at Edge-on-Hudson, a 247-unit Class A luxury multifamily building, will serve as the development manager. The architectural and interior design of Daymark luxury condos in New York is by COOKFOX Architects.
Marketing Directors will oversee exclusive sales and development marketing. In spring 2023, the sales office will open, and the first moves are planned for 2024.
