Virat Kohli does not need to be introduced when it comes to a healthy lifestyle and aptitude. As such, he also makes sure you don’t miss a day at the gym. Working on his strength and flexibility, the skipper of the Indian men’s cricket team recently shared an Instagram video in which he is seen doing a barbell snatch, a form of strength training, with finesse.

He aptly captioned the video: “The work never stops”.

Kohli has been consistent with his snatch practice.

Like a muscle building Snatch exercise requires a person to lift the bar from the floor overhead in one continuous, smooth motion.

The four main styles of snatch used are: the squat snatch (or full snatch), the split snatch, the power snatch and the muscle snatch. Squat snatch and split snatch are the most common styles used in competition, while power snatch and muscle snatch are mainly used for training purposes.
