Inspired by the berry and the importance of community connection, feel rested and restored with a gentle flow that ends with ten minutes of relaxation (Savasana, pranayama and/or guided meditation). Yoga Wild classes are for all levels of experience. It is a large building with concrete floors. Please bring extra mats, blocks, props or blankets to feel comfortable.

Mask, yoga mat or towels, water props (optional), diapers – it can be very cold during Savasana at the end of class

The Foss Waterway Seaport Museum celebrates the region’s rich history in the Balfour Dock Building. Limited free parking on the lot in front of the building, free parking on Dock St and paid parking on the lot nearby. EV charging station available.

How? ‘Or’ What submit your proof of vaccination: (preferred) Email a photo or copy of your vaccination card to [email protected] (or) bring the map with you to class. You only need to do this once. If you don’t submit or bring your vaccination record, you will not be able to follow the lessons.

We require that all participating students: wash their hands before entering the space; stay home if you have cold, flu or COVID-19 symptoms

Why do we offer Good Vibes as a payment option? We understand that bills pile up, cars break down, jobs come and go, and other unexpected financial burdens and stressors can arise. If you encounter something like this, please register for the course, choose Good Vibes and enjoy your practice. This is not free yoga! We understand that people give and support local businesses in different ways. Maybe you give by paying the Supporter rate or bringing a friend to class or posting a photo or writing a review. Our sliding scale pricing gives students a way to give that works best for them. Whether you show up on a date and pay $10, $5, or Good Vibes ($0), we appreciate your support!

A TREE PLANTED PARTNER: We will plant 1 tree for each student in the class.

TACOMA TMAC SUPPORT COLLECTIVE (@tacomamutualaid) works in solidarity with Tacoma communities to support the sharing of resources, knowledge and skills in our neighborhoods. What is mutual aid? Mutual aid is a matter of community and reciprocity, not charity. It can be loosely described as caring for others and working together to improve a community, even our world. The mutual aid organization is volunteer-run, transparent and driven by the needs expressed by community members.
